The proposed amendment to the 2018-2021 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) would transfer jurisdictional ownership of highway OR-99W from State of Oregon to City of Eugene as described in HB2017. The sections of OR-99W to be transferred are:

- Beltline to I-105 (MP 118.57 to 123.37)
- Walnut Street to Sylvan Street (MP 125.48 to 126.02)

Total length of OR-99W to be transferred is 5.34 miles. Estimated project cost is $5,000,000 of HB2017 Discretionary funds.

The Transportation Planning Committee (TPC) will consider approval of the proposed amendment Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 3:00 - 5:00. The public is invited to submit comments and/or attend the TPC meeting at LCOG 5th Floor Buford Room, 859 Willamette Street, Eugene, OR.
