As the Qualified Entity to receive formula funds for projects in Lane County, the Lane Transit District (LTD) established a STIF Advisory Committee made up of citizens throughout Lane County to prioritize projects submitted by Public Transportation Service Providers (PTSPs). The Lane County STIF Advisory Committee developed a prioritized project list for the LTD Board to approve and submit to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
For more information on the STIF process in Lane County, please visit http://www.lcog.org/1010.
The list of prioritized projects is attached. Since funding estimates are based on conservative estimates, ODOT has asked Qualified Entities to submit a 100% prioritized project list that has projects being funded at 100% of the estimated budget as well as a 130% prioritized project that has projects being funded at 130% of the estimated budget.

The LTD Board of Directors will host a public hearing on the proposed prioritized project list at their March 20, 2019 regular board meeting. This public comment period will be open until April 17, 2019. The Board will make a final decision on the prioritized project list at their April 17, 2019 meeting.
