City of Springfield requests an amendment to the 18-21 MTIP. The amendment would replace $80,000 of CMAQ funds for the 19th St and Marcola Rd Intersection Design project with $80,000 of STBG funds. The local match and project total cost would remain unaltered.

City of Springfield requests an amendment to the 18-21 MTIP. The amendment replaces $80,000 of CMAQ funds for the 19th St and Marcola Rd Intersection Design project with $80,000 of STBG funds. The local match will remain unaltered, however $10,843.64 of local overmatch funds will be removed from the project, reducing the total project cost from $100,000 to $89,156.36. After reviewing the project, ODOT recommended FHWA not to approve the project as a CMAQ eligible expense. The project is eligible, however, for STBG funding. Because of the eligibility delays, the project will also be slipped from FFY 2019 to FFY 2020 for delivery as part of this amendment.
