A public hearing about the MPO area ODOT Enhance Non-Highway Funding Priorities will take place at the December 3rd Metropolitan Planning Committee (MPC) meeting. The MPC will rank the four MPO area applications in order to provide recommendations to the LaneACT for their December 9th meeting. The MPO's Transportation Planning Committee unanimously recommended the following priorities for the four applications.
1. Eugene: Roosevelt Path/HWY 99 Path Connection – $701,193 Enhance request
2. Springfield: Filling the Gaps - Safe Walking Routes to Schools – $550,000 Enhance request; $1,251,193 cumulative
3. Springfield: Moe Mountain Path – $1,515,000 Enhance request; $2,766,193 cumulative
4. Eugene: River to Ridges Bikeway (Phase 3) – $555,417 Enhance request; $3,321,610 cumulative
