Transportation: Draft FY2016-FY2017 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
The Draft FY2016-FY2017 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is open for public comment.

The Central Lane Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is considering the Draft FY2016-FY2017 Unified Planning Work program (UPWP). The UPWP describes the transportation planning activities to be undertaken in the Central Lane metropolitan area surrounding Eugene and Springfield.

The UPWP is prepared for State and Federal agencies to meet the requirements for federal certification. At the same time the document also serves as an opportunity to provide local policy makers, affected agencies and the general public with information about regional transportation planning.

Comments received by 5 PM on Sunday, April 26, 2015, will be sent to decision makers to consider as part of the adoption process.

The Metropolitan Policy Committee is the policy board who are the decision makers for the Metropolitan Planning Organization. The details of this meeting are posted on-line at http://www.lcog.org/mpc.cfm. The policy board will consider approval of the Draft FY2016-FY2017 UPWP at their next regular meeting on May 7th, 2015.
