Central Lane MPO's Draft Public Participation Plan is open for public comment.

The Central Lane Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is considering the Draft Public Participation Plan. The Public Participation Plan ensures broad public involvement during the development, review, and refinement of regional transportation programs. Public involvement incorporates public concerns, needs, and values into governmental decision-making, with the overall goal of making better decisions that have public support.

Comments received by 5 PM on Sunday July 26th, 2015, will be sent to decision makers to consider as part of the adoption process.

The Metropolitan Policy Committee is the policy board who are the decision makers for the Metropolitan Planning Organization. The policy board will consider approval of the Draft Public Participation Plan at their next regular meeting on August 6th, 2015.
