Central Lane MPO's Draft Title VI Plan is open for public comment.

The Central Lane Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is considering the Draft Title VI Plan. The Title VI Plan addresses how the MPO is integrating nondiscriminatory practices into transportation planning, public participation and decision making.

As a recipient of federal and state funds, the Central Lane MPO is subject to the provision of Title VI, including environmental justice. Compliance entails ensuring that the methods in which programs or activities are delivered do not deny benefit of or access to those programs or activities because of a person’s race, color, national origin, disability, age, gender, or income status.

Comments recieved by 5 PM on Sunday May 31st, 2015, will be sent to decision makers to consider as part of the adoption process.
